"They completely messed up my medications out of nowhere and immediately gave me an emergency appt which was a week without the meds which they just increased the doseage. Anyone who has been prescribed an antidepressant knows the danger and havoc that can be caused by not tapering off and just stopping. If you don't the. You are lucky for it is not fun. It caused to me to get confused, stressed and just plain sick. All that being said and as personal and embarrassing as it may be I feel context is important because I arrived 12 minutes late for this emergency important and was told I would have to reschedule. I apologized and tried to explain that I got confused and to please ask the doctor if she could make an exception seeing the curcumstances and was denied. Thank you so much for your compassion and understanding. You have no idea how your mistake on medications has effected my ability to function and even think. If you look at my record I have never been late nor missed a scheduled appt and if you truly reviewed my recent medical record you would of realized that. Instead of just looking at it black and white and saying I was Late sorry reschedule. Never felt just like a another number in my life. can be caused by dic of stopping g"

"Staff was friendly and expedient. Easy to find, good location. Nice waiting room, short weight. Very thorough, up to date on lab work and testing from other providers. Face to face, genuinely engaged, eye contact unlike other physicians who spend all their time looking at computer and texting. Discussed therapy options and goals. Very supportive."

"I went here for the first time for a physical for school, I won't be back again for several reasons. 1) Dr. Weber was careless when filling out my health forms for school and caused my clearance for nursing school to be delayed. I had a hassle with getting it corrected, which will further be explained below. 2) I found the front desk workers very rude over the phone. I had accepted seeing a male doctor for primary care as my needs were urgent at the time and during one of the calls I had asked if it were possible to switch to a female doctor after my first appointment, I expressed I was not comfortable with a male due to past experiences. She told me that they do not switch within the practice "unless there is a good reason." When I called again, (different worker, different day) I had called because I needed my paperwork corrected because it was filled out incorrectly. When I called I was in the middle of explaining the background for my concerns "I needed forms filled out and I visited on this day... etc." I was cut off and asked if I were checking the status of my paper work. I politely said no and that the paper work was filled out incorrectly, so I needed it redone. Her tone changed immediately and repeated it back to me as if she didn't believe me. I was told that Dr. Weber had just left the office. There was a pause of silence and I assumed that was a prompt for me to respond. When I asked when he would be in next she snapped at me and said she was looking. She told me I could just drop it off before 4pm that day or the next day. 3) Competency and communication skills of the staff were poor, felt like I was not listened to in the slightest and workers did not follow my requests with handling the paper work, let alone contact me when it was corrected. I had written clear instructions on where I needed the papers to be sent and what I would like done with them (I wanted them corrected and sent back to me & faxed to my school). I had to call to find out if it had been corrected or not. They had not contacted me but it was updated in their system, which is the least bit helpful for me considering I needed my school to have the updated/corrected form, not them. When I asked for it to be faxed in I was told that they "misplaced" the number. Overall this tells me that they disregarded all of my instructions as they did not follow ANY of my requests."
