"Dr Johnson has been my primary for almost 20 yrs. Her office is a ride for me as she has moved a few times over the yrs but worth it! It is a very homey atmosphere and you never wait long, they do not over book their appointments. She has a PA Lesley who is just as wonderful as she is! They are seeing new patients, so if you live out in or near Alden and need a new primary, it may work for you."
"Not too friendly"
"Doesnt have call waiting, doesnt have answering machine, doesnt fax documents to specialists that they recommend, only open limited hours during the week, PA refuses to see patients rather have the secretary take note of symptoms and the PA will tell secretary to call patient back just before their lunch hour or end of shift to tell patient what she thinks is wrong, havent actually seen Ruth in years(is she even still alive?), pill pushers, nasty nurses and secretary, 1 hour wait in waiting room when only 1 patient scheduled... should I go on?"
