"Dr Giardino was nothing short of amazing. I was brought to tears with the care I received following not so great care from another endocrinologist in the Buffalo area. Although her office is extremely busy they were able to fit me in as a new patient as I am newly pregnant and needing to have more frequent appointments. I am so grateful for her and her team for making it happen. Dr Giardino is kind, understanding and very thorough. She listens to your concerns and explains everything clearly in a way which you can understand. I cannot say enough how much I appreciate the time she has spent with me. "When Dr Giardino was with the practice on main st in Clarence, this is when I started seeing her. She was very informative and very compassionate. She had a PA her name was Liz who I really liked. She listened to your concerns and worked with you. Dr Giardino moved to a new practice in November unfortunately Liz didn’t move with her. Her sister is her new assistant. Her sister has NO bedside manner what so ever. You will get to see the dr for your first 2 appointments after that you will only see her sister. If you have read any of the reviews over the past few months you will see why I only gave them a 1 Star. If I could have given a ZERO I would have. I just left the practice. I highly recommend you find a different endocrinologist if you care about yourself."

"Editing my review to add: the doctor is very nice and very thorough. Appreciate the level of care so far. What I said about the office, however, stands. Has been giving my 18 year old the runaround for two months, then canceled her initial visit because they hadn't received her records from the pediatrician. We called several times to ensure the pediatrician sent her records; how is this my daughter's fault? She still needs care. Disgusted with the office policies."

"I had a wonderful experience at this office. The staff was courteous and very helpful. I saw them during a time where they were doing a lighter schedule because of the pandemic so I appreciate them fitting me in. I spoke with the NP in the office and she took her time and explained everything to me. People have to understand that doctors and practitioners often have emergencies and have to cancel your appointment if one comes up. You can’t get mad about that. Yes, it’s a pain sometimes, when you have to reschedule, but we all have to learn to be understanding. That emergency could be you someday! For the record, I was not asked to write this review and I am a real patient!!"
