"The physical therapists here are great. I saw Lindsey for about 2 months and she completely transformed my life and relieved my chronic back pain. But I will say the billing department is a nightmare. They charge $115 per visit and when you end up getting the bills from insurance it's a different fee every time. I asked the receptionist about this and she told me that the charge amount is different for every visit and there is no way to tell me what it will be ahead of time, so that's why they charge $115 and at the end I'll get a refund if there is a credit balance. $115 to go twice a week and not even know if that is the correct amount is pretty crazy in this economy...great doctors, though. Like how do you tell someone I have no idea what I'm going to charge you for this service but come in anyway..."
