"I absolutely love town and village. They were my doctors as a child, and now see my children. They understand that life happens, and do not penalize us for rescheduling or missed appointments. I've never had a bad experience with this practice. I truly appreciate each and every doctor here."

"From the very first day our twins were born and hopefully evermore, amazing care team! Dr. Erin Watson was at Children's Hospital not once but twice to visit the twins at birth and for that I am grateful as a brand new mom with that level of empathic enthusiasm and medical expertise I couldn't ask for more. We got to see all of the Pediatricians and nurses for each of the various visits and they have our full respect and gratitude. All questions were answered during each visit and tips and tricks were shared along the way with our journey. We are forever grateful for this amazing team of professionals....knowing our boys are in pristine hands."

"I cannot say enough positive things about this office. I am a new mother and my daughter is 1 week old. Naturally, I’m a nervous wreck over every little thing. I LOVE that they are constantly available to message me about questions I have and never are bothered by the slew of questions I give. I also had one to have my daughter go for extra blood work due to a possible issue and one of the receptionists, Eve, called me hours before they opened to let me know the results because she knew how upset I was about having to get extra blood work done for my daughter. I am so happy to have my daughter as a patient here."

"Do not go here if you value your safety during covid-19. This office is not safe. First there were never any communication about changing procedures, no email, no call, no text nothing. I had no idea they were even open. When I spoke with the office about procedures the answer I received was "We are only doing well visits, we have only seen maybe 5 sick patients" I was not even instructed to call when I arrived, so I did not find that out until we arrived and were told to wait in our car. I noticed many people with children waiting in the car, maybe 5. I proceeded to wait over 30 minutes in the car on a 95 degree day. I called and asked how much longer and I was instructed to bring my child in. No questions were asked about sore throat or cough, no questions about travel. But the absolute most shocking thing is they took no ones temperature!! This is completely irresponsible. We were escorted to an exam room and waited for 40 minutes. Not once did I see anyone cleaning the exam rooms when patients left. We ended up leaving without seeing a doctor and they still had the gall to send us a bill. If you value your child's safety find another office. And on top of that, one thing I have noticed over the years is that their scheduling system only goes out 8 months, so you can't even make an appointment when you leave. This place is a joke."

"I cannot say enough good things about this office! We've met with each of the four doctors now that my daughter has been a patient with them for a year and a half, and they are all great. Everyone from the nurses to the receptionists in the office have been nothing but friendly, helpful, and competent. They have always gotten us in same day for a sick visit with no issue, and it is quick and easy to schedule (or reschedule) appointments. After my baby was born, Dr. Watson made a special visit at 7am on a holiday weekend to check up on her in the nursery because she was early, and also spent extra time to visit my hospital room to make sure I was okay too. Highly recommend this practice!"
