"So far, less than one star. Waiting on a delivery and we were scheduled for today, from 12-4. I took a half day off of work for the delivery. No call, no show. I started calling at 3:45 and got "Corporate" a number of times. After 4, Corporate got me to another office. They took no responsibility and kept sending me to another office - apparently the Syracuse Office. On my first call I spoke to a person who barely answered the phone. He confirmed my delivery time and date and said he would call the delivery person to see where they were and he would call me right back. I waited an hour and no call back. I called corporate again and asked for a manager. The agent said he would get me right to somebody. He forwarded me back to the Syracuse office. Another cluster followed and then the agent told me that the time was supposed to be tomorrow. Not accurate. I asked why the previous agent hadn't told me that. He could not answer but did work to resolve it with a delivery tomorrow. We shall see."
"Great friendly people here. They loaded me very quickly I was in and out in less than an hour. Unfortunately after scaling I had to go back (which was only 3 mile) to get some weight redistributed but they did it with no issues. Thanks"
