"Terrible and gross place to live! Charge high, rats, random cats everywhere. People that work here are ignorant and rude to tenants. They also kick you out for literally anything and expect people to pack up their lives in 30 days.A lot of the neighbors are mean as well. Would advise anyone looking at this place to run the other way!!!!!"

"I have lived in Sky Harbor as both an owner and a renter. I owned here for over 20 years. I’ve come back a year ago as a renter. Never had any issues. The manager Michelle has always worked with me if I had any issues, and maintenance goes WAY out of their way. The receptionists are always friendly. For those who think rent is high, look around….they are on the lower end and I didn’t have to give a security deposit. They pride themselves on keeping a clean park so yes they have rules. I absolutely highly recommend this park."

"Got written up for making improvements to my home. I guess they want your yard to look like the managers... atrocious. The rent is too high for what this park is. Management just wants their commission. Corporate doesnt answer calls or help in any way. Don't rent or buy here"

"Save your money… it’s not worth it. The house is literally made of paper and the office women who is in charge is not nice at all.They increase rent and lot rent by 10% each year. The lot rent is $600 and that on top of your house that you own and pay for. Only think about this place it’s close to everything and neighbors are nice and keep to their self."
