"I've tried to reach them on several forums to cancel a birthday party but am not getting any reply. I don't feel it would be safe considering the fights on 2/3/24. They need more staff and off duty police as security before I would consider going to this place. I will update if they return my attempts and refund my deposit.. Update after calling several times I finally spoke to someone and they were good enough to refund my deposit."

"I feel compelled to write a review after what I witnessed on Saturday 2/3/24. Upon entering the facility I immediately felt uneasy. We were there for a birthday party. We literary just walked right in and were not required to check in and get into any order or organization. My first sight was the zip line which is obviously elevated. As kids were getting attached there was no railing on the elevated deck preventing them from falling. My second site was the immense pile of garage bags that were between the two sets of private rooms. The smell as you approached got bad and liquids were dripping onto the floor from the bags. As the evening went on it got more crowed and seemed to be over its capacity. There is almost no order or rhyme or reason in any of the activates that the participants can do. It is essentially a free for all!! There appeared to be very few employees working inside and it was very hard to distinguish the ones who were employees versus the kids there for activities. As a parent what make for an interesting outing was the varying ages of the participants. Kids i saw ranged from 5 or 6 to 18 plus. I am sure there were even a few adults on the floor of Fun City. The crowd got so bad that we ended up leaving within 45 minutes of being there. It wasn't until the next day that I heard of the awful events that transpired afterword. I do not recommend this place at all. I cannot see them open for business much longer. I am not sure how they got approved to open in the first place."

"It was a great price for the party compared to other facilities. I wish they would tell you you can't order extra food when they call to confirm. I suggest if you are going to book a party do the earlier time slots. My sons party started at 12:30. I'm glad the kids got to play and enjoy themselves before it got crowded. We were supposed to have a host for the party and I did all of the running around. There is no ventilation whatsoever in the building. There is no organization whatsoever. There are kids just walking in the door and playing for free. Workers just giving friends socks so they can play for free. Employees at the counters all had attitudes."

"Great place, a lot to do for Kids of all ages, also cool how the staff is always polite and makes sure that you try to have the best experience. You do not need to fill out a waiver every time you come, I do not know where people got that from. Definitely we'll go there again, great staff, great management, fun environment. Definitely better then Urban air and Get Air!!!!!"

"We had a blast here! Perfect for kids of all ages. Staff was very involved. I would suggest a staff member by the obstacles with the balls since the little kids cannot get out of the pit without someone to pull them out. The only other suggestion would be to make the harnessed air walk for the bigger kids. There were so many little kids crying up there. Maybe a height requirement to weed out 7 and under."
