"Such a beautiful, underrated little area! Yes, the loop is short, but it's satisfying walking around it all you want, it's as long a walk as you make it. It's a great way to get intimate looks into pond life; I've spotted various turtles for instance, as well as frogs, egrets, lizards, ducks and great blue herons. The pond life is so lush, and I love the trees that have been planted along the side. Any time of the day, especially in warm weather, this preserve is one of my favorite parks in the area for nature viewing."

"Short picturesque paved trail along Swan River with ample parking, loop can be done in 10-15 mins. That’s the only reason for lower rating of 4 stars. I have hoped for a bit longer trail…"
"Super accessible! Client who uses walker found the path to be really nice and not difficult to navigate. Small walk around water added to the calmness. Benches and picnic tables are also there and having dinner was really wonderful!"
