"Please do not do business with this company they randomly called me while I was in Puerto Rico with my family on vacation threatening to cancel my policy over proof of address. Totally understandable that you need to confirm my address. However the way I was notified was extremely unprofessional and rude. “Debby” called me stating that “she’s been calling me for days” which is not true. I explained to her I was in PR for the weekend and couldn’t come in today. She then tells me to pay her 360$ and she will keep my policy active. Completely unfair and unprofessional. I asked debby why was I being noticed so late and she says. “I’m not dealing with this” and hangs up the phone. I arrived back from vacation and spoke to Debby she tells me I have to surrender my plates to the DMV which was NOT true I got new insurance and added to my registration instantly through DMV online. This business took thousands from me essentially for nothing. And somehow left me with a 1500$ balance when I paid all my months on time and in full. Debby if you’re reading this please find peace and kindness for your heart because what you’re doing is ruining peoples lives ! Playing with peoples money is never cool. Please DO NOT deal w these people save yourself the anger and money !"
