"I brought an old watch in to see if they could fix the band and size it to wrist. I figured it would be a relatively small job, and that it would me 50 bucks or so and maybe I would have to come pick it up in a few days. Frank fixed it and sized it to my wrist in 10 minutes and he didn’t even charge me. Well maybe he made the right decision because he’ll have my business forever. The shop is well stocked and clean, and Frank’s truly an old school shopkeep. A knowledgeable gentleman, friendly and a master at his profession. In this day and age of dying customer service it was a refreshing experience. maybe one of these MBA brainiacs will get one of their Ill-gotten Rolex’s sized at Jerry’s and corporate Ameircan can rediscover the novel concept of customer service."

Frank put all his effort into taking the link out of the watch for sizing even after showing me how damaged the pins to watch links were. Very patient and never gave up on the watch.
