"I came to Figgy after hearing about them and browsing their website in search of a gift for one of my best friends birthday. I found a beautiful gold necklace with a herkimer diamond. When I went into the store, the staff was so friendly and helpful, she even went so far as to make me the necklace right then and there to my specifications as far as chain type! It turned out gorgeous, from start to finish my experience was lovely. My friend ended up wanting a bit of a longer chain, she was able to get this swapped out with no issue at all. She wears this necklace almost daily! Beautiful handmade piece, beautiful store and staff. Beyond happy with my experience.
