"My review is in regards to interviewing for a position. First off, not everyone gets hired for every job try apply to I accept that. That is not the issue. I am not surprised, at all from the 1 star reviews there is not customer service there. Employees seem to lack basic education and customer service. When I tried to get ahold of the store manager one of the sales associates answered with yo, ight, imma put you on hold. I feel representing a company that is not how you properly speak. My issue was with my interviewer the Store Manager. I feel I did not have a fair chance at all when I was interviews. The Store Manager was completely unprepared, not fit and I am surprised he is even a manager. I have had quite a few interviews at other locations. I have been hired by this company to quiet a few locations, due to my strong worth ethic and passion for sales. To be quite frank, and have been around people like this, I believed the store manager was too incredibly stoned from Marijuana. He was almost incompetent, eyes were red and glassy, and he was extremely tired. He Was not paying attention to anything I was saying, he would ask the same question more than once, with slow speech. Every time he asked a question his eyes would widely open to try and focus. He was un-engaging. When a woman came him while I was thoroughly answering one the questions he read from, he just started at the womans behind. Which I found very disrespectful toward a woman. As she walked out continued to stare at her from behind. I could not wait for the interview to be over. I see now why this particular store has very high 1 star ratings. With a store manager who acts and speaks like that, lacking basic education and communication. Of course you will expect poor customer service."

"We had the pleasure of visiting Duane Reade CVS and had a pleasant experience. As we entered the establishment, we noticed there were no slip or trip hazards. We did hear a patron talking loudly at an employee as the patron was asking for Beer. The employee handled the situation in a very professional and talked the patron into getting some water as the Patron appeared to be intoxicated. "Our Purpose Is Your Blessing""

"The place is terribly organized, the check out guy looked like he hated his life and might take it at any time (I hope you're ok!) and they had no bags. Luckily, the woman behind me gave me a bag. Go here only if you have to."

"If they're open 24 hrs there must be a secret to enter before 7am. I passed by saw a few people inside, perhaps employees, but the door was not sliding open and no one noticed me outside trying to get their attention. Will update review if I am able to shop there."
