"AWFUL RETURN POLICY BUY ELSEWHERE …***I have purchased with them since they offer first responder discounts and such. I haven’t had an issue till now and this one cost me quite a lot. I bought 2 convertible car seats and installed them the same day they got delivered well the lever to unlock the seat is very tough to get it unlocked. I contacted them thinking I got a few lemons but they want me to pay 80+ for each seat to get it returned. So tell me how you sell faulty items and expect your costumer to pay to get them returned."

"The only reason we purchased from here was due to a store credit that we needed to use. Ordered a car seat and additional base. When I opened the boxes, both were over a year old, bringing them one year closer to their expiration date. Reached out to customer service, never got a response. They also have a poor return policy that charges the customers for any items shipped back. Usually small businesses that try and compete with giants like Amazon or Target will offset their competitive disadvantage with things like amazing customer service, consumer friendly policies, unbiased reviews etc, however this company offers no advantages over purchasing from other stores."

"I went here to buy a stroller/ car seat. It's a family owned business located at 95 St and Amsterdam. There was a large selection of all types of baby products. The guy who helped me was very knowledgeable and he recommended the perfect stroller/ car seat. They have a rewards program too which you can use in store to deduct $$ off your purchase. I love this place!"
