"I lost my card and I come here to get a new one, one of the guys that works in the desk has a freaking attitude and says my last name wrong even when I tell him 3 times, at least I received my new card but I won't come here again this people act like ghetto no respect for the client."
"Worst experience ever. I go to open an account just to be insulted. The representative even said to me that he doubt I ever have money in my account. I was so shocked I didn't know what to say. I closed my account the next day. I opened another one at MCU. I'm grateful this happened to me because I would have never found MCU. MCU is a way better bank with A plus customer service. I never thought I would go to a bank just for the representative to make me feel broke. Shame on you TD Bank."
"Lady name Nicole couldn't tell me the reason for not being able to verify my account to get a new card, so I have to get one mailed. Are we not supposed to speak to the so-called customer representative to get a card? I am dissatisfied at this location. Retrain the lack of knowledge and if you don't like your job fons another."
"Today I deposited money into my account and was told I need to bring my debit card. I asked "why" and the reply was "you don't want your money to go into the wrong account". I gave her a deposit slip and my ID so I'm confused about how it can go into the wrong account. What I believe is going on is that TD Bank knows the level of intelligence among the workforce has gotten so bad that they can't match an ID and account number to what they see on their screen after they type in the account number I wrote down on the deposit slip. I don't carry my debit card because I don't use my debit card. I just don't understand. Please help me understand."
