"Doesn’t make any sense that because of YOUR lack of security that allows crackheads/homeless people etc to live in the atm section of the bank that us people, that actually have money, and there are limited Places we can take money out have to suffer…. Closed from 4:00pm-9:00 am everyday? What about the working people? For example I have no cash and it’s Friday 4:15pm…. You tryna tell me I can’t access MY MONEY until MONDAY?! Because your also closed on weekends?!? GET IT TOGETHER"

"It does not matter how much you call you rarely if ever get a call back. I have been trying to close an account that was my mothers who passed, went in person managed to close one. The second one I was supposed to hear back no one has called. The service sucks."
