"Very unprofessional, unreliable, and the worst branch I ever experienced. I’m a loyal customer for many years but due to my encounter with one of the banker and how he handled the situation, I will close all my accounts associated with this bank. I was making payment and one of my bills were not accepted and I flattened and re-submitted. Then my bill came out again 1/3 ripped and missing. I informed the banker what happened and I had a witness, another customer who was standing next to me. The banker said technician is on site and will be taking care of it and would mot accept my bill to exchange until it was examined by their technician. He said I will be getting a phone call in an hour. I waited and waited, but nothing. I called the branch and he answered. He put me on hold and never returned. I’m very upset and this is pretty ridiculous."

"Many years ago there was one guard who guarded the entrance to the parking lot and the main entrance. Now there are 2 guards but the entrance to the parking lot is closed. At least the parking lot is there. There used to be a clock in the bank on the wall. My children did trick or treating in that neighborhood several times. The bank would always put up a sign that they had no candy left. There was another bank in the neighborhood that gave candy."

"They don't answer their phones and the general 877 phone line connects you to someone who doesn't know how to help you nor understand you. I wanted to ask a simple question about opening another account, but after this, it would be easier to just not bank with them."

"There are 5 atm machines in the entry, they are usually all working. The place is kept clean and there is security on the premises. The tellers are not very friendly, but they are fairly professional, (Just Young) and seem lack customer service training. They stay open late and they open on Saturdays."
