"2 stars for front desk. Weird vibe. Not super compassionate. Therapist seemed fine. Barely touches you during massage. Assigns a helper to manage your exercises. Front desk annoyed me a lot. Not all of them, just some of the women. I don't have time for your attitude, I'm trying to book an appointment. Probably won't be back."

"This facility has a terrific staff and they make you feel comfortable as soon as you arrive. My therapist Dr. Madeline O'Shaughnessy does an excellent job. She explains all the steps we need to take for a successful rehab for my broken ankle. I would say her best strength is her ability to listen. She has an amazing ability to remember all the details I tell her about my injury, and she customizes the physical therapy accordingly."

"After my 1st hip replacement, I choose Metro Physical & Aquatic Therapy initially since it was new and local. After a few visits I realized it was great decision. The facility is clean and the staff professional and welcoming. I initially had the opportunity to work with Jenna who was just wonderful, a true professional. In her absence, I continued my therapy with Shannon. After the 1st session it was obvious, I was in good hands. Shannon’s knowledge, personality make her consummate professional. I was impressed to see her assist the other staff and attend to office in between working with her patients. All with smile. Shannon ensured my rehab was always progressing safely as we prepared for the next hip replacement. Working with her staff Derick and Neiko (and others) were a pleasure as they were polite, friendly, skilled professionals always greeting with a welcoming smile. Thanks to the entire staff for a positive experience. I’m at easy knowing my recovery for the next surgery will be in great hands when I return."

"I have never needed PT before now so I didn't know what to expect. I'm glad I chose Metro. The entire staff is pleasant, helpful and caring and all work together to take care of their patients. Max has been my therapist for most of my sessions - he always asks how I feel and if anything in particular is bothering me so he knows what to concentrate on. He is very knowledgeable and working with him the last 6 weeks has helped my tendinitis tremendously. Shannon is also super nice - she filled in for Max for a couple of my sessions. I have watched her work with young children - she is so patient with them and they seem to adore her. Aides Nico, Victor and Tyler work hard helping all of the therapists with all of their patients. Liz at the front desk always greets you with a smile. I will likely have my last session tomorrow, but if I should need PT again, I will definitely return to Metro."
