"New car came DEFECTIVE. Bought the car on July 22nd Brand new to have the fuel door latch come broken. Received a follow up call from my sales representative the following day, I mentioned about the fuel door and was asked to come in to have it looked since the fuel door would not open to refill. Went in on Saturday July 27th to have it repaired only to find out they needed to order a part. Part was arriving on Tuesday but we agreed to Saturday since this was not my closest dealership. When I arrived there was no mention of my appointment and almost didn’t get seen. Was able to get squeezed in when I explained my frustration to get a half as job done. The repair is not complete and I’m told I have to return for another visit. Not going back to this place!"
