"I called this salon looking around Williamsburg for asap availability and Charo said I was able to show up right away! She quoted me right after I walked in the door (very affordable for how long I'd let my hair grow out and how badly damaged it was), she stuck to this price after spending hours on mothers day to make sure she made it look just how I wanted! I am so happy with the results! Not only did she take care of my hair without damaging it, she offered cut, color and treatment, while treating me like a longtime customer and family member with food and drinks. I've been to three other salons in Williamsburg and this hospitality and affordability is unmatched. I would give so many more stars if I could! Thank you Charo! "
