"3.5/5. Debated the last 5 months if I was going to write this review, but I'm finally catching up on my wedding reviews and decided to just write it. One of my bridesmaids gets her nails done here religiously, so I had high hopes because I never get my nails painted. I booked a mani/pedi for mom and I for my June wedding in March, and was told that at the time they only had one person currently scheduled at that time BUT that we could pull up a chair to the station to be able to make it feel like we were getting them done together as a bonding experience. When we got there, we were told no that they couldn't accommodate that. Normally, I don't push but it was really important for both of us to have this bonding session, and even when I brought up that was what I was told when I booked it was still a no. Towards the end of mom's pedicure they said I could sit on the pedicure chair next to her but that wasn't until the last hour. I might have still given 4 stars if that was it, but I asked for a bright white opaque pedicure. Instead, I had this weird translucent white applied to my toenails (so much so that it looked like my natural nail bed and even my husband asked if I even had them done). I went after my mom for my pedicure and I should have repeated my request once I realized the first 5 were this weird color, but we had already been there so long and my nail artist was kind of sick with allergies, so I just wanted to leave at that point. Also, she never did the leg massage or lotion portion of my pedicure which I understand she worked straight through 4 sets of nails, but the final 30 minutes were so rushed. My mom did like her nails, but she was also disappointed in the experience. Maybe it was a miscommunication on their part about the chair, but I just felt let down for the price and that I didn't feel heard. Obviously, this isn't the norm according to reviews nor my bridesmaids experience, so maybe it was an off day?"

"Where do I even begin?? I could write a book about how wonderful Gallery Salon, Erika, and the dream team of stylists there are. Choosing Gallery for all of my wedding needs (hair, makeup and nails!!!), was a no brainer. I was supported every step of the way, and always knew what was coming next thanks to Misty!!! (wedding services coordinator). Misty laid everything out for me timeline wise and was always quick to respond to questions which kept the process as stress free as can be. I had the honor of having Erika create magic with my hair. Erika went ABOVE and beyond. She helped me with every decision- from overall design, picking the perfect hair pieces, as well as deciding the type/color of hair extensions needed (seriously the extensions were the most perfect seamless match, she’s a genius). You will leave your hair trial SO confident, and know with certainty it’s one less thing you as a bride need to worry about. I also had a second hair look after the wedding ceremony, which no surprise Erika ROCKED, and seriously created in about 5 minutes- which was so great seeing time is always of the essence on your wedding day. She was there for it all, whether it was touch ups or hype ups and I’m forever grateful. I had the pleasure of working with Kendra for my makeup. Not only is she fantastic at what she does, she has the most calming demeanor ever and this was EVERYTHING on the big day. She was so supportive in following up after my makeup trial on likes/dislikes/changes for the wedding day, and execution day of was flawless. I also have vitiligo on my face and neck and Kendra made it impossible to detect, which is no easy feat. This is a true testament to her skills. I was so so confident all day/night thanks to her. Yadira was my girllll when it came to my nails. She took the time to mix and perfect the perfect shade of white for me, and I was truly obsessed. She took the time to check back in a few days before the wedding to make sure all was still perfect (and it was!). The gel extensions lasted weeks- and she took special care in removing the nails afterward to make sure there was no damage to my real nails. Overall the support I received from all of these wonderful people was just overwhelmingly awesome. My bridal party was WELL taken care of by Tiffany and Sarah for their hair and makeup needs. Not a piece of hair fell or uncurled, not an eyelash out of place, and their overall feedback was they each felt heard in how they wanted their hair/makeup done, and CONFIDENCE for all was threw the ROOF. This gallery team of ladies worked SO FAST and efficiently, jammed out and sang with us all morning long, and truly brought the hype. The morning with them was so much fun and STRESS FREE, and that’s exactly what you want on your wedding day. Gallery really is the one stop shop for your wedding hair, makeup, and nail needs. Logistics wise they are priced perfectly, especially for all that you get when you book with them. I can’t thank them enough, and can’t imagine having worked with anyone else. FOREVER THE MOST LUCKY AND APPRECIATIVE BRIDE and forever and ever the biggest fan of Gallery."

"Sarah is absolutely amazing. I went in for my make up trial for my wedding coming up next month. I don't wear make up at all, so I was a bit nervous when I came in for my appointment. Sarah made me feel completely comfortable within a matter of seconds and we really hit it off! Not only is her personality superb, but her talent is out of this world. I left feeling beautiful and still looking like me! I am beyond grateful that we booked with Gallery Salon. I highly recommend them to anyone, especially any LGBTQ folks out there!"
