"I don't recommend it! At each visit he told me about new vaccines that I should take. In the last one I had no choice but to go with him to have the papers I needed done. When it was time to give the vaccine, it hurt my arm to the point where I had to repeat it several times because it was hurting and bleeding more than it should have. The reception staff are super polite, but the doctor, who by the way is the owner, I don't recommend. nothing professional"

"TLDR: 1 hour+ wait times, no or unresponsive reception staff, needless visits just to be told to go somewhere else, worst experience I’ve had with a PCP My experience over the years was never great here but it was never terrible until recently. Dr. Truong is fine. Does his job and can’t blame him directly for being overbooked. But you’ll never get seen at your appointment time. It’s first come first serve regardless of your appointment. You’ll usually end up waiting 45 minutes to see the doctor for about 5 minutes. Most recently, booking an appt has been a nightmare. They never answer the phone and never return calls. Called several times over a day to schedule a follow up to review test results, never got an answer or heard back. I booked online instead, never receive a confirmation. Tried to call over the course of a week to actually confirm I had an appt, never got a response. So going in on the appt day/time is a gamble as to whether or not you actually do have an appt. I’m sitting in the waiting room now, no staff in the reception area, and just hoping I actually have an appt. Doctor is seemingly running the office on his own right now. After getting my results, this will be my last time here. Update: have been here for over an hour. No end to waiting in sight Second Update: After over 1.5 hours, finally saw the doctor. Reviewed my results for a few minutes. Without going into too much detail, the tests showed nothing but there is something physically present. He then told me to see a Urologist because he’s not able to tell me what’s actually going on. Not sure why this wasn’t brought up 3 weeks ago on my initial visit? When he said that, asked why I was even there to just waste 2 hours on nothing and be sent elsewhere. Got my printed results and walked out. Never going back"

"Might be time to find a new doctor. I've lived here 4 years and every visit the wait is longer & longer. Today I'm here over an hour and still haven't been seen, another guy here nearly 1.5hrs just walked out. Unacceptable waiting time! Appointments used to be easy to get, now there can be up to a week wait. The doctor himself is great and courteous and helpful and spends a good time with you, shame this is let down by trying to fit an unrealistic amount of appointments in"

"Dr. Truong truly cares about his patients. He is a smart doctor, answered my questions, and kept his schedule on time. He has also made himself personally available to answer questions re insurance changes coming up next year, clarifying what is going on, etc."
