"Doctors here are great and staff are super friendly in person. But making an appointment here and reaching the office has gotten worse over the past year. Started here last year and was able to reach the office and make appt fairly quickly. Now i am unable to reach the office. I am trying to make annual well check appts for my kids in September and was told to call in July at their last appt- i called in early July and was told they cannot make appt until last few days of July. I called 7/24, 7/25, 7/26 and no one picks up. Finally on 7/26 after calling the office more than 20x (including once in the morning when one of the admins said they will call me back due to office being busy and never did) someone finally picked up in the afternoon and said all afternoon times have been booked already (i need afternoon bc that’s when my kid gets out of school). But this was also after the admin on phone couldn’t spell my sons last name and cannot understand me and so couldn’t find him in system. I spent 20 min on phone before giving up and saying I’ll just come in to office to make appt. This office has gotten awful- pediatric care for my kids shouldn’t be this difficult especially just to make an appt. This seems to be after the merge to Optum. Very disappointed"
