"I arrived without an appointment for an employer drug test, and I realized arriving at 1:25pm that I might be too late. At 1:30, they can’t take walk-ins for drug tests, but Fatima didn’t mind. She took me in within two minutes, and completed the whole process explaining everything within 10-15 minutes. Absolutely amazing experience, just ignore all the old reviews. The new employees are really kind and professional. Would definitely recommend coming to this place for anything you need!"

"Simple drop off and always a problem.....Staff is rude and not helpful. I came 5 min early for appointment and they were backed up. Another woman complained. I signed in via the kiosk and was given an option to wait in the car to get texted when ready. My name was on the screen. I waited in car for 20 min and was wondering what happened. I went back in to see my name removed. I had to searched for someone and found a tech who said hello to me when I came. I ask him where is my name and he said he called it. I asked why wasn't I texted. He says it hasn't worked in awhile. WHY do you give this option when it doesn't work. In addition I had my doctors office fax prescriptions here and they never get them. I really hate going to this location but it's the closest to my home. Unfortunately Quest is the only lab doing these tests. If you go to a Northwell doctor, they have their own labs. It was so simple to drop off at the facility."

It was easy to make an appt, I arrived on time, checked in with ease and was called in promptly and all three nurses were pleasant and so helpful. I had a wonderful experience- definitely make an appt beforehand as it flows so much smoother when you do."
