"Still waiting on my daughter's results since June 2023. I have called numerous times and have also w went to the office seeking information. However I keep getting the run around. They do not seem to care. Horrible experience. When I call the office they are rude and will keep me on hold for hours."

"The dental team at the Charles Evans Center is terrific! I would NOT send my brother anywhere else for his dental needs. My brother requires general anesthesia for all of his dental care. This is an absolute necessity for him to keep his wonderful teeth. He has been going there for the past 5 years, and has had the best dental care he has ever had in his life."

"My son, who is disabled, is a patient of Dr. Judy Olshin, Dr. Olshin does a great job with my son. We had numerous other dentist that would not see my son do to his condition and Dr. Olshin has been a god send. She takes the time to examine and treat my son and helps us with ideas and suggestions on improving his oral health. Dr. Olshin’s patience and understanding is a huge relief to us when she treats our son. I would recommend Dr. Olshin for any patient, she is a great dentist."

"The Center is imposible to reach when you need them. They don't answer the phones between 12pm and 1pm. What a crazy policy !!! We were at a facility for a test and needed a presciption faxed over to them. Well it was 12pm. You got it ! No answer till 1pm. Well the facility wouldn't do the test without it and they couldn't wait until 1pm so they sent us away to reschedule. You know what? We are done with Charles Evans Center. We also had a patient who was suicidal and couldn't get in there to see someone !!!! What a shame !!! They say they care but they are understaffed and the doctors are only there part time !! No way to run a medical institution !!!!"

"If I could give this place 0 stars I would let me tell you why. I have been trying to contact them on behalf of my mother for a referral but they have not been answering there phones and every time they do answer, they say they will call back. They said they would call back for me, my sister and my father all regarding my mother’s situation. They never called any if us back. So I decided to go there in person thinking if I am there in person I could get the help we need. But of course, when I get there they were at a meeting and they said the meeting could be hours. So the person who was there in person took down my information and said they would give it to the team so they can call me back. Well, I never got a call despite it being several days. So, if you are someone that values communication and a service that actually answers the phone when they call, this is absolutely not the place for that. If you are a person that wants to schedule an appointment and not wait weeks or months, then this is not the place for you. I would argue that this clinic is great for the person that does not care about their health or time because this clinic certainly does not. We will switching primary docs because of this."
