"Worst customer service ever! Walked in there said good morning and the guy did not respond. I ignored it figured he was having a bad day. Then asked him if he had a type of stone i was looking for and he quickly said no. Didnt look at me in the face just said no. I asked him if they had something similar and he said no. If you do not want to work call out or just work at a different place where you don’t have to speak to customer because obviously this man had no customer service skills at all! Completely ridiculous. They are rude!"

"I highly recommend either the Brentwood or Riverhead supplier.. The owners hire the best people that give the best customer service.. Their pavers were in excellent condition.. Flabio was extremely helpful and went way beyond what I’ve become accustomed to.. Thank you Flabio for all your patience, timely phone calls and messages!!"

"Issues; 1) The people at the counter are mostly rude. They put on this ultra busy act to rush you or just don’t want to deal with people. I am a contractor I spend thousands on materials not a home owner looking for 1 bag of mortar. 2) I tried to like this place this was my third attempt doing business here. I ordered bulk materials 20 cubic yards. I was told they would have to bring it 10 yd at a time and charge me twice for delivery. Ok fine. They don’t accept cash, only card payment in advance? Ok fine. The delivery truck showed up and bothered the homeowners early in the morning without ever calling me to say they were on the way. The materials showed up all on one truck but they still charged me for 2 x delivery charges. I called to ask why and got the expected blow off “oh I didn’t write this up someone will call you back” no call back. 3) the driver was expectedly rude, he ignored me when I asked for my receipt and when he was done promptly drove away. No one could tell me if a copy of the receipt had been given to the homeowner. So there goes any chance of making any money there. 4) the dump truck took about 20 minutes to dump the material. Idk what the problem was. In this amount of time the truck left several large oil spills some 2.5 ft in diameter. I tried cleaning them with no success. This is a multi million dollar water view home. The customer is now offering to split the cost of resealing the driveway that 9 brothers damaged. This leaves me in the red on that job. I never leave bad reviews. Just hoping to save someone the problems I had."
