"Update -- My new washer and dryer were delivered today, but the dryer had multiple dents and scratches and the door to the vent is broken. I was told we were delivered a floor model, but we paid full price for brand new models and were told they were in sock. I have tried to call PC Richard & Son to speak with Steve, but I keep getting a recording saying the call can not be completed. I am very disappointed that I cancelled or moved around several meetings today to be available only to have a banged up, old machine delivered. Hoping to get a hold of someone soon to correct this mistake."
