"The store has a super strange and unique policy of "If you try something it's considered sold!!!". When asked for clarifications the lady offered " Coronavirus precaution" as a weird excuse. We were also pointed to an obscure note " Please do not try". Shoppers you have been warned that it implies " if it's in your hands you pay for it!". Never seen anything like that..never patronizing this store ever again."
"MaKe sure you wont need to return. Wouldnt accept a return/exchange because package was damaged when opening, whereas with the heavy plastic, you had to cut open to get to the product. Otherwise loaded with tons of items"
"I purchased a copper pan there and a few minutes later I walked over Kitchen Collection and they had the same pan that I just purchased for 1/2 the price. When I went back to return, the owner/manager refused to refund and did not have good explanation"
"This guy followed me around as if i was going to steal something. He tried to be sneaky about it but his flip flops made so much noise that he couldnt hid for long. I will never shop in this store and advise you should never shop there either."

Hard to find what I was looking for with little to no sales help Makes you think you should look elsewhere. Wondering...Do they ever offer sales? What is the return policy? I'd like to see some reviews on some of these items. you can order Online same price, & free shipping. just fun to look at stuff."
