"My most recent appointment for a fill that I made with Cindy via Instagram, another person who worked at the salon ended up doing my nails. Later that evening, my hands were incredibly itchy, and started to swell to the point where I put ice on them to try and bring the swelling down. I woke up the next day in pain, more swollen, and could see an infection starting under one of my nails. My cuticles and the area around my nails were bleeding, and so swollen. I attempted to take the nails off myself, but then decided to contact Cindy letting her know. She had me come in to get them removed, not by her but by the same employee who did my fill the day prior. He used dirty dremel bits (they were stored in an Altoids tin, and had old acrylic powder in the tin and on the bits) and removed my nails. I should have made him get clean ones, but I'm not confrontational. As he finished using each different bit, he put them back in the tin with the others. Stuff that touched my not only bleeding fingers, but under one nail was slightly infected with yellow drainage, that I'm sure he will use on someone else. He also used a file from that drawer, to file a callous on his hand, then put that file back in the drawer...disgusting. No wonder this happened to me."

"DO NOT GO HERE. This place is DIRTY. They do not clean their equipment. They were rough to the point where my nail beds were bleeding. They just put the equipment back and I WATCHED them use it on the next client. I got home and my nail bed were inflamed and when I removed the polish there was pus due to an infection. I am absolutely disgusted. When I called to complain they blamed it on the weather. THE WEATHER?!?! This salon should be shut down. DO NOT GO HERE."

"I have had Cindy Yellow do my nails prior to trying to make current appointment. Called the salon to set up a time with Cindy and was told to make an appointment through Instagram- contacted her about availability on the weekends and she told me she was booked, to have someone else do my nails. I told her I’m available every Tuesday it doesn’t have to be a rush, whenever she had the time in the future, after the holidays! She told me, she’s booked until after thanksgiving- okay great! I say- Anytime after the holidays, even if it’s January. She responds I’m not accepting any new clients right now. To me, I’m not a new client, and also this could have been addressed as soon as I tried booking an appointment, instead of beating around the bush telling me you don’t have ANY thing available and pushing availability further and further out. Recommend IT Nail’s, but not Cindy Yellow."
