"Called to make an appointment today. No answer. Let it ring about 10 times. Website says it's open. Drove there and the shop is dark. If you're going to be closed for the day, at least put it on your website and leave a message on your phone. Very poor communication. You said signs have been posted for 3 months. What if nobody reads the signs? Who goes to a barber shop and reads signs? Plus your website said it was "OPEN"."

"Second worst haircut of my life. I was walking past and thought I'd try the place. The barber didn't greet me and ignored me (I was the only one waiting) until I figured out he worked there and stared at him to make eye contact and start the process. I have long hair. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU HAVE LONG HAIR! They really had no idea what to do with it. You would think a professional would admit they didn't cut long hair but they plowed on cluelessly. I tried explaining what I wanted but couldn't get my point across. After removing a LOT of hair (I only asked for a trim), my hair looked terrible. He tried to fix it but at some point I realized it was hopeless and left. I was charged MORE than the STYLIST I usually go to. I contacted my usual stylist to fix it and she was appalled at the basic mistakes which were made."
