"What an incredible and fantastic experience working with Junior & Team! As first time home owners, we needed a lot of renovations and remodeling done inside our home within our budget. Junior and his team were amazing from start to finish! Professional and experienced, we are so happy we went with New Era Development for our home project. "Michael and the entire New Era team did a fantastic job on my apartment renovation. Michael stuck with me through a 9 month co-op and DOB approval process and was ready to start the minute we got our approvals. Our project consisted of combining to adjoining apartments, taking down a large wall between the apartments and gut renovating 2 bathrooms and a kitchen. All of the work turned out fantastic and on time! Hard to say anything better about a contractor. The costs all came out to be reasonable and well communicated.
