"Worst experiance ever. I usually buy from online store but today I decided to take a 40 min drive and visit the store. The manager Henry Agramonte very disrespectful person. He basically kicked me out of the store with refusing to let me pay for my merchandise. It all started when I was looking for sand blasting kit that I didn't see on the shelf. So I asked him if it's in stock, he said wait and when I turned my back it was on the top of the shelf. He got very upset that I was trying to grab the product while he told me to wait and he started to scream at me like I was a kid. I just replied " it's not that serious man" and walked away to register. He followed me and told me to go around the aisle to make a line, I said I will wait here because there was only one person in line and I didn't want to go all around. He said if I won't go around he will refuse to service me and he went to all registers to tell them that I can't pay for my products in cart. He escalated the situation for no reason and later ordered me to leave the store. Definately I will never go back to this location. People in there are rude especially not expected this from the Mannager."

"The lady manager was so helpful.. she went in the back to get me a snap rope and shackle.. then brought me a shopping cart to put it in and then i asked for white powder paint she got that for me too... what a great store and employee"

"Very disappointed in harbor freight Brooklyn. I specifically went to your branch after going through utter hell at Home Depot to purchase a toolbox. Henry the manager at harbor freight Brooklyn REFUSED to permit the sale of a four drawer US GENERAL tool box to me because I was driving a car. He did not look at the car or evaluate the feasibility of it fitting in my vehicle. The tool box could’ve fit twice on my vehicle. Instead he crudly told me I need a pick up truck or larger vehicle for a $200 toolbox. SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE ABOUT THIS UTTER NONSENSE. Harbor freight Brooklyn WILL NOT RECEIVE MY BUSINESS ANYTIME SOON! *****UPDATE***** Went to Harbor Freight Hempstead and they GLADLY SOLD ME THE SAME TOOLBOX AND HELPED LOAD IT INTO THE CAR. Thank you Greg from harbor freight Hempstead as for Henry the manager at Brooklyn you should learn from Greg how to serve customers. Btw the box fit comfortably in the backseat with no issues"

"I visited this location Sunday. After spending a nice amount of money, the cashier asked me to return the cart inside and not at the cart corral since was 6:02 and they were about to close. I returned the cart and asked if I could use the restroom since I had to drive more than 1hour to get back home. The security and one of the employee told me to ask the manager that was also my cashier. Se denied it since it was 6:06. Very disappointed"

"Visited today to review tool selections for a live edge table project. The staff was kind enough to point me in the right direction and provide some tips for alternative tool sets. It was my first visit in five years and I was quite pleased to see the place thriving and fully stocked. The dedication of a space to woodworking projects was also nice to experience. Looking forward to my next visit."
