"I wouldn’t recommend shopping online with Blick Art Materials, visit an online alternative for your art needs or just visit Blick Art Materials in person. Awesome store, friendly staff and great place to shop in person, but purchasing online with Blick Art Materials is not worth the hassle…especially if you make a purchase online that doesn’t work out. I purchased twenty-five 5x7 canvases online but decided to go with 8x10 instead and returned my original purchase at their Brooklyn location. Their return process is a very slow drawn out process that takes weeks to complete, not customer friendly, and just not up to today’s standards of quality and convenience. I was able to expedite my issue through email, but still wasn’t refunded for shipping costs. I think if a customer honors the store’s return policy they shouldn’t be punished if an item doesn’t work out."
