"I came here and had sessions for about 2.5 years and then suddenly I got ghosted by my therapist. I emailed, called and texted and never heard back from her. I even called the main office line and still no response. It took me many months and working with a new therapist to see just how wrong it was of them to drop off the planet like this. Please beware because if you are really struggling, having a therapist just ghost you can really damage your mental health more than it was before."

"I rarely write reviews but I felt like I needed to write one just to say I’m glad I didn’t listen to some of these reviews. I agree it took a while to be scheduled with a therapist but after working with her for the past 3 mths it’s certainly was worth the wait. The staff is nice and I really like working with my therapist. I say all this to say it’s worth making your own judgment without someone else’s influence! I’ve been to therapy before and this is the first time I felt heard."

"I have been going here almost 6 months and have had an absolutely fantastic experience. Not only are the location and hours convenient, but staff welcoming, and friendly each time I go in, and let me say my therapist Natasha is FABULOUS! Her approach, techniques and insight have helped me tremendously and I am thankful to have been placed with her. Selecting this practice has been critical in my personal growth!"

"DO NOT ATTEND THERAPY HERE!!!!!!! They conduct very shady business. They will bill you even when you’ve told them you had a health emergency. I called my insurance plan and filed a grievance. Luckily Light House was smart enough to reverse the claim or this would have went to court. Fortunately, I found a new private therapist who’s excellent and very professional. Be aware if you choose to go there. These are 1 of those providers that is ALL about money. Very unprofessional and unorganized place. This place needs to be audited by the state! Keep track of ALL your claims and medical spending if you choose but be aware! Save yourself the headache!"

"I have been coming to this place a little over a year now and I don’t understand why all the negative reviews? I have been to two other locations for therapy and this is by far my favorite. I guess some people fail to realize this is a private facility and not a clinic. I never had to wait for my therapist to see me and the minute I walk in I am called for my session within minutes. I am glad I put myself on the wait list while at another location. It was definitely worth the wait until I got a call back. I had a few things bottled up that speaking about it here really helped me out. I DONT like reviews but felt that this place is not getting the credit it deserves. This is just my way of saying thank you Lighthouse for helping me see the positive in my situation."
