"Worst agency ever. First, they made a mistake with my application. Second, when I ask for a help to correct an error and also to make sure the remaining information was appropriate, they refer me to someone else. Third, when I decided not to proceed with them they refused to refund me the agency fee-$50. They never told me that the fee is not refundable and I’ve never signed a policy with them. The owner is very rude and not willing to cooperate at all. Very disappointed."

"A hidden gem! I don’t write reviews often but SRS Insurance, really deserves one. I found out about them through a friend that heard me complaining how State Farm ( my insurance at that moment), was raising my rate $200 every period, despite me having an excellent record, no points on my license, no accidents! She mentioned how great SRS was because they go through different companies to get you the best price and a reliable company that can be there for you when the moment comes. I decided to give them a shot and until this moment 6 years later, I regret not coming to Eddie, any sooner! First of all, they shop around for the best deal, lifting those stressful, long calls off your shoulders and the “guesstimates” online quotes. Right off the bat, my savings were almost $900 cheaper than I was paying. I kid you not! I sat with Eddie reviewing my new policy making sure I’ll have the same coverage then before and that I wasn’t sacrificing anything for a better price. He was very patient with me, explained everything and answered all my questions. Less than a week later for the first time ever, I was involved in an accident, I called SRS and Eddie immediately got on it and told me exactly what to do. My car was taken to a body shop certified by Land Rover North America and within 3-4 days my new insurance have sent someone for the assessment and immediately approved my claim. I can’t put a price on having a piece of mine, knowing my house and cars are protected. They have taken care of me when I needed it the most and are always a call away for any questions I might have... and trust me, I can be veryyyy annoying at times. To Eddie and the team, I’m not just a policy number but someone that have put her trust in them for many years and will continue to do so for many more to come.
