"We bought a tree for our front yard last fall. We paid for them to deliver and put the tree in the ground. The three people that delivered the tree had all they could do to move the tree around, including rolling it off the truck. They broke branches trying to get it to the location in our front yard that we wanted it. We overlooked all of that and were fairly satisfied with the tree. Until this spring. We noticed it was leaning pretty noticeably to one side. I called them to ask what could we do or have done to correct the lean. A young man answered. He took my info and said he would have someone get back to me shortly. Well, no did. Still. I never did get his name, I also let from spring until now go by without calling back because, life happened. Lesson learned I guess."
"They have a decent selection of plants, not just landscaping. However every time I’ve gone they have bugs in everything. Scale, gnats and aphids, oh my! This has been the course of a couple years so clearly they haven’t gotten a handle on them. Now I own 40+ indoor plants and a garden outside, I’m aware bugs come with plants. Perhaps they should hire someone specifically to check plants for pests. There were lady bugs on plants but they are clearly not enough. I am immensely disappointed in myself I didn’t check this chamomile plant more, and in this nursery for not taking more action with infesting bugs on their plants. Unfortunately it was not worth it and our family will be taking the extra time to go to further education to visit more reputable nurseries."
