"Don’t shop at any arhaus. They will dupe you into getting their promotional credit card which is a scam. The customs service is useless. When we got the actually furniture after months of delay in delivery it was damaged. All around experience was one of the worst I’ve had with a company."
"My wife and I love this style of furniture and there are many luxury brands with similar styles to choose from. I'm glad we chose Arhaus for our Coburn Couch system. Leonard, who is no longer is at this location and is now in a CT location, was detrimental to this sale at this location and was truly outstanding from start to finish. Barbara and her team in corporate handled an issue on my couch like nothing I've ever experienced in the luxury furniture world. Not only was/is the couch an incredibly comfortable and fabulous couch, the customer service and experience post sale was beyond what I would have expected even at these prices. They truly went above and beyond. Very happy customer here."
