"Zack from sales, Barbara from accounting and Sales manager Mike were excellent. They all helped me find what I was looking for and made the process much easier. Why I'm giving three stars as opposed to 5, because when I walked into the store, I was not greeted or approached by one person. When I walked in through the front entrance, at least 5 sales reps were standing around by front entrance while Zack and Mike were helping others. I walked the store for 10 minutes until I approached Zack and I told him that not one person asked if I needed any help. He apologized for the terrible service. If it wasn't for those there incredible individuals I would just left and you would have lost out on a $7,000.00 sale. Mgt please recognize these three individuals as they understand what customer service is. As for the others that were just standing around, there are people out there hungry to make that hussle. I would consider retraining the staff or look for better talent."

"Excellent experience the minute we walked through the door to the White Plains store. We were greeted in a professional way, and then carried out our selection process for a sofa/love seat combo based on our online homework, which took a couple of hours. Our Sales Representative (Eddie) checked in periodically, without hovering. We finalized our selection, and closed the deal. Inventory was in great shape, and laid out nicely."
