Pete and Toshi Seeger Riverfront Park is a beautiful park and tourist attraction located at 2 Red Flynn Drive in Beacon, New York, United States. In the 20th century, the house was repurposed as a sanatorium and underwent renovations, including the addition of a third story. After changing ownership several times, the house eventually became vacant and fell into disrepair.
