Four Seasons Pediatrics

"First off, we love the doctors and nurses. This one star review is specifically for one extremely rude and very unhelpful front desk staff member, who we have had multiple negative experiences with. We are at the point where we are looking to move practices due to this one front desk member. This specific person does not listen to questions, is extremely rude and does not seem to want to do her job. When scheduling appointments she is very unhelpful and does not provide all the information. In the most recent example, there was no one else in the waiting room so it's not like she was too busy to help. Additionally, we were supposed to get on a wait list for a vaccine and as far as we can tell she never followed through with putting our child on this list as we never received any follow up contact from the office. Looking at other reviews this seems to be a common problem people have experienced and it's a shame because the rest of the staff (including the other front desk people) are very nice and welcoming."

"The nurses and staff are amazing. Dr. Melissa is the best! However, I didn't like most of the doctor's. I voiced that, refused to see anyone but Dr. Melissa and got booted out of the practice! So don't disagree, don't ask for a second opinion and don't have an opinion of your own, or they'll throw you out! So in the end zero compassion for my kids! 1 who has anxiety disorder and will be devastated!"

"The staff here are wonderful! The receptionist, nurses and doctors are always so kind, helpful and knowledgeable. I do feel that my kids are getting top care there and appreciate all they do. We primarily see Dr. Miller who is wonderful, but have never had an issue with any of the doctors there. They all have been great. Highly recommend"

"Everyone here is so professional and very friendly. They all have the patience of a Saint! Because I have called them plenty times in full panic mode. The doctors are great and the staff is wonderful. Would recommend to others, especially first time parents. I have been rotating doctors and I enjoy all of them. Dr. Miller takes the time to sit down with me and discuss all of my concerns and never makes me feel rushed or like I am not being heard. He truly loves what he does and his love for children shows. He has called off hours to check up on our son, and that just meant the world to me. Dr. Ashley has a great fun and bubbly deposition and I have really enjoyed learning from her and having her treat our little guy. The nurses are super friendly and I just don’t understand where these people come off stating the staff is rude. Sometimes I am a nut case on my calls, trust I will own it, and they always handle it with such class and ease that I find myself feeling better after getting worked up about nothing. Kudos to Four Seasons for setting the bar high."

"Always so happy with the care we receive at Four Seasons. They have gone above and beyond when we had extra concerns and always make us feel at ease. We recommend Dr.Ashley to anyone who asks us, she is phenomenal. We have seen a handful of the other doctors for sick visits and have been happy with those visits as well."
