"Walking into this location and the cashier and her boyfriend standing outside near the front door smoking. So many elderly and sick ( myself) walking in for meds! HONESTLY SMOKING POLICY FOR EMPLOYEES? I’ve been coming here for 15 years and am so angry now, Hire respectful help!"

"Went through the drive through to pick up diabetic supplies for my pregnant wife. We had previously been charged for supplies so we took the steps of contacting our insurance and Dr to be provided a script that would be fully covered. When the Rite Aid associate requested a copay I was confused and angry. While there was a bit of back and forth and my tone was raised, direct and confrontational, I never once swore at or made personal comments towards the associate who proceeded to turn off the intercom and walk away. This associate should understand that her job is customer service and, although she should never be made to tolerate abuse, there may be more to a situation than she's aware of and a certain amount of tact should be used in every encounter. That is the job. Unfortunately this lack of sensitivity reflects on this associate, this store, the management and Rite Aid."

"They messed up my online order, but unable to make it right. Assistant manager, I think his name is Mike, was not willing to help even though the problem was on their end. Very poor customer service. It’s a good thing we have another rite aid in Clifton Park. I’m never coming back to this location."

"I highly disagree with some of the reviews with the front end staff! They are always friendly and willing to help. I had never stepped foot in this store until after 14 years of living less than 3.3 miles away and was fed up with Wal-Mart and CVS rude pharmacy staff! The only down side is I hate the pharmacy online system you never know when something is in the process of being filled/if it has been called in my the health care provider yet and I feel this waste a lot of time for people having to call and check when something isn’t filled in a certain time frame. I think the pharmacy is also very close under staffed as well an very unsure why the pharmacy hrs have been cut when it seems as though they can’t/couldn’t keep up beforehand not to mention a lunch break is added in there as well now so even LESS hrs! I’ve waited days sometimes and things that are supposed to be on a monthly schedule I have to call and ask. And it’s not the pharmacy staff’s fault there is not only so much they can do in such a sort amount of time. Other than that they too are always friendly and willing to help. All and all one ☝️ of the better if not best pharmacy’s in the area!"

"I had an emergency prescription needed. She said she would not be able to get the product for 3 days. I simply asked her to check another location, she did, she verified they could fill it ASAP, and she sent them the prescription on my behalf!! Life saver! Always fast service at this location!"
