I was checked in when my number was called, Heidi and Megan were efficient, and I was on my way after the blood draw. "I have never been in a medical facility where the staff is SO rude!!! This was the LABCORP in Clifton Park NY. The people at the desk were actually nasty!! Pointing at a “ check in” computer, as if I was supposed to know it’s there. There were two exceptions and I wish I knew their names. One female from the front desk came around and showed me where I was supposed to register and how to login etc, so thanks to her. The person that did my bloodwork was very nice also. The man at the desk was SO rude, I can’t believe he works in a facility that cares for patients!!! I’m an RN and if any of the staff that work with me ever treated people like this, they’d be GONE!! LABCORP, screen your employees better!!!!"
