"This is a great location. Wonderful staff and they definitely make you feel welcome. I usually go to NYC but I come here for Neurology. Every location I have been to at MSKCC is amazing."
"I usually go to manhattan sloane location for scan imaging.no issues there. Came here was incorrectly told how to put on gown, told to wait in a lobby setting waiting room with other patients. When i told rep i was uncomfortable she said i could wait in changing room and gave me phone # for patient rep. Had no issue during exam, yet when report came back said limited exam, patient did not follow instructions. Not once during exam did technician say i was moving or doing anything wrong. Calls to radiology dept there went unanswered. Not happy."
