"Not at all happy with their Medicare part D customer service. They never seem to be able to answer the simplest of questions. Do you cover Covid-19 rapid antigen tests ? 15 minutes later, still no answer. Really ? Why are some rx more expensive with my insurance than the free Good RX app ? Silence. Why was my RSV shot covered at Walgreens & my wife's shot declined for lack of prior approval the next day ? We have identical insurance plans !? Two weeks later, Cigna agreed the shot was covered. ."

"Went for a RSV shot & got it ar Walgreens Riverside CT. Today, my wife went in & was told prior authorization was required. Called customer service and reached a very nasty & unpleasant rep. After 20 minutes, i called a second time. This time, they transferred me to the correct department. After submitting paperwork they decided a prior approval was not required ! My experience is that 2 to 4 calls are required to solve any issue. PS their part D Medicare plan had 80% price increase for 2024. Not recommended."

"They are lucky they are getting one star!!! My husband gave permission to cigna to work on my behalf because of my dyslexia and having trouble with all of these steps and the difficulty using the systems in place these days. The man we were talking to today gave us such a hard time and just didn't get it!!! I had to repeat six times that we had already given cigna permission in the system. By the time the phone call ended, I was yelling and in tears!!! This rep was just horrible!!!!"
