"This office has gone way down hill. Doctors who take an oath to do no harm are failing miserably. Dr. Mehta is awful. The practice won't let you change doctors and then hinders access to care for children when they want to leave the practice. Shame on her. Primary care is a joke. They do not even want to treat sick patients."

"Dr Wise and Dr Mehta and Mitta were the best before the merger. This office is run poorly, medications never sent, multiple days go by and if you’re lucky, you’ll receive a return phone call. Usually, there’s no record of any communication and it seems that no one knows what’s going on. I especially love after hours texts that tell me the kids appointments need to be rescheduled- the night prior-after I’ve taken time off work. Or when a nurse returns my call as I’m preoccupied and instead of addressing the issue and communicating, the voice message only indicates to call the office."

"We are so happy here! It’s been about a year since we switched over and I can’t say enough good things! Dr. Gaston is so kind, caring, and friendly. You can tell she absolutely loves what she does and puts her heart into it. We have also seen a handful of other providers here and they’ve also been very good and thorough. Everyone takes their time, and there’s no rushed feeling here like your children are a number on a checklist even on their busy days. Anytime I’ve had concerns, they always listen to my concerns and look into things, which is really refreshing. I don’t feel like I have to fight so hard for good medical care for my kids. It’s the standard here, as it should be. I also love and appreciate the communication of the office staff, the friendliness on the phone, and being able to get a sick appointment for my kids when I call in. The nurse line is also excellent for when you have questions about caring for your child, they never brush you off, and will likely make a note to call and check up on your child when they are not doing well. These things don’t go unnoticed. Highly recommend."

"Very nice staff of nurses and Dr. Compa has done a wonderful job treating my son's severe ADHD and has also given us other references for therapy to help at home. She has also treats my other son, who doesn't have any issues with the same emphatic and kind attitude. Highly recommend."

"My children have been going here since they were born. There are a couple of different doctors here as well as some assistants. I can't speak for all the doctors but I like my kids doctor. She takes her time and cares about them. She gives her best opinion on what we need to do and gives us the best treatment plan when they are sick. They have changed buildings a couple of times and the current building seems bigger than before but it is an older building. As for wait time, sometimes there can be quite a wait while waiting to be called in by the nurse and another wait until the doctor comes in the room to check the child. Unfortunately I've experienced long waits as many times as I have experienced short waits. Something new they have started at the practice is they do not talk to you if your child is sick or you want a same day appointment. You have to leave a message and the nurses get back to you. I'm not very happy about this choice because sometimes you really need an answer right away as opposed to a couple of hours later. It gets annoying waiting for them to call you back which could be in half an hour upto 3 hours in my experience (which can be a long wait with a sick child.) The only good thing that came out of this is the nurses that call you back are quite knowledgeable so they can give you tips and guide you in the right direction. So while there are many good things at this practice, there are a couple of things that might not be acceptable by others. As I mentioned in the beginning, I have been going here for a couple of years now with my kids and plan on continuing to go here even though I don't like some of things since they are not deal-breakers."
