"It has been over a month and no one has called me back after calling four times. I have had members of the Albany VA Hospital try to call them on my behalf and they can't get anyone on the phone! Just go to the Albany VA Hospital. Don't waste your time with this."
"Locations not great and the hours are limited? Don't understand that with need, and to easy to miss in traffic. But, though understaffed they do manage to assist best they can and are plesant to deal with. As for the phones your better off with a walk-in... at least face to face you'll get quicker results than that foolish answering system, if its working at all... will gives you the run around. Use to be able to circumvent this feature for direct contact with a pulse but that seems to have been eliminated for automation? That helps no one but the office."
"It's a small location with a small team who will help you with whatever you need. Everyone there is very approachable, and if you need assistance they can't provide they can point you in the direction of a video consult or Albany VA specialty care. I'm very glad I chose to visit them"
"Literally every time I call no one picks up and it goes to voicemail after 7 or 8 rings. Maybe they are under staffed now that the Troy office has closed. I don't know. But when the Troy office was open I never had any issues."
"This place is not worth going to. If you need assistance you should go to the VA in Albany. This place is poorly managed and lacks the ability to help Veterans. I had not been to a doctor in 2 yrs. I called this place and the attendant told me that I had been dropped because I haven't been in for my annual. This is unbelievable considering all the bad press the VA has gotten in the last year. Now I know why. Do not go to this clinic."
