"Mike has been my home and auto insurance agent for years. He is very personable, yet direct when setting up insurance and in preparing claims. I also appreciate his transparency, focus, flexibility, and his way of educating me on what I'm paying for. He will not just look for the cheapest deal and he is not afraid to tell you something that you don't want to hear because he genuinely cares for your best interest. In my experience, with him, I've purchased multiple new vehicles where the insurance needed to be transferred. I've had numerous life events, such as marriage, new home, new vehicles. He verified if a better deal can be had and made the transfers and additions seamless. I've needed to file one home and one auto claim in my experience with Mike. In both experiences, Mike and I discussed on the phone exactly what happened and made sure we had all pre-requisite information before calling the other insurance company. He also sits in on the call when filing the claim to take notes and to intervene if needed. I find this to be very helpful after going through an incident. In my opinion, Mike goes above and beyond his duty to his clients. Because he does this, he is able to learn from each experience and provide great advice for new policies. In my experience working with other agents, they are usually responsible for making the sale and then they have a different department handle you after they've made the sale. So, they may not be as knowledgeable about what type of claims are common in your region. In my opinion, insurance is very important and requires a lot of thought when choosing your policy and considering applicable factors. Mike Forster is exceptional at this and I would recommend him to anyone looking for the correct insurance for them."
