"Watch the screen when they are ringing you up.... I can guarantee you something has been rung twice. And conveniently the receipts are faded when you ask for one!! Then when you bring it up no one knows what's going on. "Our prices are out prices", and ma'am I totally agree but not when my purchase is 3.50 more than it should be because you've scanned something twice. First time a mistake.... but each time I stop by not so much. And I don't go there often at all."
"THIEF!! The nasty lady at the register is a thief! Check your receipts and app. She will make you pay full price, then enters your app for the discount so she can pocket the difference!!!! Happened more than once so I won’t go there anymore!!!"
"The times I have gone there is rarely any coffee made, also no napkins! It's always so dirty and messy. I asked the cashier for naptkins she said she didn't speak English! You need to train your people, she had no idea how to use or scan the app."
