"We had great service and our salesman was very helpful. He did need to be reminded that I was the one buying that day, because he kept directing his questions at my husband. But once my husband had him speak with me about the sale, he immediately began speaking with me instead."

"Although my shopping experience at the store was good, I've been more than disappointed by La-z-Boy's customer service after the purchase. After purchasing a rather pricey sectional from the store, I started having problems with one segment of the couch within months. After contacting La-z-Boy they sent someone to "fix" the issue since it was under warranty. Their fix involved zip ties which promptly broke a few months later, now out of the warranty time. They once again sent someone to fix it, waiving the cost because it was for an issue that began when the couch was still under warranty. Their service technician this time identified that the mechanism might need to be replaced, but tried a "fix" again. Fast forward a couple more months and the same exact problem happens again. Upon contacting customer service this time I was told that I would have to pay because the "fix" was only warrantied for 30 days. They refused to fix this lemon of a couch section, despite the trail of paperwork showing it has had the same problem since it was under warranty. Instead of fixing it properly the first time they put a bandaid on and now expect me to pay for their faulty product. It's very disheartening, considering I have purchased multiple couches worth thousands of dollarsnfrom them. This will be my last La-z-Boy purchase."

"Our sales person, Lou, was very nice. Listened to what we wanted, and we found it with little looking. When it came to fabric and color, once again he listened to what my wife was saying. We found that rather quickly. Very knowledgeable man."

"Luz was absolutely amazing. She came to my new home and helped my husband and I pick out a beautiful couch that best fits with our space. She even convinced us to buy three rugs as well. She was extremely patient and kind while we had a lot of questions. She was also really quick to understand a style that best works with my husband and I as we have a little difference in taste.
