"The only reason for 2 stars is due to the professional and polite staff. I ordered 5k worth of area rugs the first week of November. Was told delivery would be 4-6 weeks and I would get them in time for Christmas. WHAT A LIE THAT WAS! I had to constantly contact the store for an update after that time frame and each time received a different answer. Well Christmas, new years, and now January have come and gone. I am going on 12 weeks of waiting for my rugs. I finally received a call saying my rugs were in and to schedule delivery. Delivery day came and the time frame I was given (1-3pm) has passed and there is no rugs. I call the store and was informed they tried to contact me early in the morning but couldn’t reach me. However when I check my voicemail there is no message about a delivery. I’ve been waiting 3 months for a delivery of course I’m going to be home waiting. Nothing with this store is easy once you hand over the money. I will never be giving my money to this business again."

The furniture was delivered in the time frame it was promised and their white glove delivery set everything up including putting the bed together. They give great rates and service.
